Welkin Associates, Ltd., has its own integral contracting function that has total authority to negotiate, execute, and administer Welkin contracts, separate from the CSC process. At the same time, Welkin has access to the full range of pre-negotiated government contracts CSC has in place (GSA Schedules/GWACS/BPA's, etc).

Welkin provides consulting services using a commercial pricing structure. Government rates are available through General Services Administration (GSA) schedules. All rates are subject to change.

Training Cost

• Training: Conducted on a per-day basis at the rate of $5,000 for up to 15 students. This fee includes course development, tailoring the course to each individual customer, delivery of the course, and administrative closeout procedures. Discounts are available dependent upon the level of development and customization. 
• Travel: Travel at actual cost and per diem are commonly at government rates.
• Miscellaneous: Other expenses negotiated.
