Management

Welkin operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a Nevada Corporation. Although a subsidiary, Welkin is operationally separate from CSC. Welkin is its own profit and loss center; Welkin operates under its own name; Welkin has its own unique organization number within CSC and establishes its own rates, which are approved by the Defense Contracts Audit Agency (DCAA) separately from CSC's rates.

Welkin's Vice President, Tom Kelly reports to the Vice President/General Manager of the Intelligence and Law Enforcement (ILE) division of CSC.

Welkin has operational directorates organized as customer facing units. This facilitates assisting the client to meet mission needs, manage their workload and solve their problems. Our Business Operations Directorate supports the operational units and executes Welkin's corporate functions.

Our Program Managers (PMs) report to the Operations Directors responsible for the four main business areas. These PMs manage groups of contracts in related functional or customer areas in order to help us achieve cross-contract coordination and synergy. PMs are supported by Section Leaders and Project Leads, who facilitate the management and coordination of specific contracts.
